   How can you say that they are the best team along with spain when they haven’t competitively beat anyone above them in the fifa world rankings in years.

   Why the hell would we want England in the final? All they would do is gloat - constantly! If they won it would be the worst thing to ever happen, they’re still talking about that fraud of a world cup they won in 66, never mind now.
   England are NOT the second/first best team in the world. Far from it. So beating Andorra and Kazakhstan makes you the best team in the world? What about Scotland beating France home AND away?
   Spain can get to the finals, thats fine, i quite like Spain, they have the best league in the world, a great team with great players, an amazing culture, fabulous people, just overall really nice.

   No. The Scots hate England they wouldn’t mind seeing Spain or any other team but they don’t like England. I went to Edinburgh on holiday once and walked past a pub when England were playing Poland. I heard cheers and said to my dad, ”oooh England must have scored can we go in?” To which he replied ”No it will be Poland” and it sure was. They are their own country and the majority will not cheer for England as a second team.

   You are wrong anyway, the closest we got was Hugh Dallas as a fourth official at a world cup final a few years ago.
   (Also the youth team made it to the final in the 80’s and played against a bunch of grown men)
