Clint Dempsey has scored again, this time helping Fulham to a 3-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion that catapulted the struggling London club two points clear of the relegation zone.
Dempsey’s goal on Tuesday was his sixth of the English Premier League season (and seventh overall) and gave Fulham a 2-0 lead in the 56th minute at Craven Cottage.
The Texan was playing up front for the injury-riddled Cottagers. His goal was a header off a corner kick from Simon Davies.
