Give me a list of all of the teams that have already qualified…o and who do you think will win Mexico vs Usa?? I say Mexico cause I’m Mexican but any ways if Mexico loses do they still have a chance of qualifying for the cup in 2010 or are they automatically out of the cup if they lose to the Usa?

Here are the teams that have qualified so far:
1) Japan
2) Australia
3) South Korea
4) Korea DPR
*There are still alot more games to be played in September and October for all nations, so not many team have clinched yet. Also, only teams from Asia have played all their qualifying games.
Here are the teams that are very close to qualifying:
1) Spain
2) England
3) Brazil
4) Germany
5) USA
6) Netherlands
To answer your question, I think Mexico will win, but if they lose they’re not out, because they still have 4 games left after this.

only 6 teams have qualified for the 2010 FIFA World Cup finals. the host nation, SOUTH AFRICA have qualified automatically as the host nation. 4 teams from Asia have also qualified for the finals as their qualifying matches have been concluded in June 2009. AUSTRALIA, JAPAN, KOREA REPUBLIC & KOREA DPR booked their ticket to the finals next year as the top two teams in their final qualifying group.
NETHERLANDS is so far the only team from Europe to have qualified for the finals. they qualified as the 2010 FIFA World Cup European Group 9 winners as they could not be overhaul by other teams in their qualifying group.
if MEXICO lose to the UNITED STATES in their next qualifying match, they still has a chance to qualify for the finals with 4 more qualifying matches still to play. they must finish in the top three standings in their qualifying group to qualify automatically to the finals. if they finish in 4th place, they will square-off against the 5th place team from the South American qualifying group in two legged intercontinental play-off & the winner of this play-off will also earn their ticket to the finals next year.

South Africa
Japan
Australia
North Korea
South Korea

Those are the team that qualified.
I think that Mexico will win at home. And even if they lose, they will still likely qualify.
