Tim is correct , The WC matches will be played in different cities across the country.
There are air-ports in most of the cities, so that wont be a problem.
Im sure a schedule will be released next year some time , so you can see where your team is playing and plan your trip accordingly.

They are still debating between 10 venues in 10 different cities in South Africa. Here is the list: (city-stadium/venue)
Johannesburg-Soccer City [Most Likely]
Cape Town-Green Point Stadium
Durban-Moses Mabidha Stadium
Johannesburg-Ellis Park Stadium
Pretoria-Loftus Versfeld Stadium
Port Elizabeth-Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium
Bloemfontein-Free State Stadium
Nelspruit-Mbombela Stadium
Polokwane-Peter Mokaba Stadium
Rustenburg-Royal Bafokeng Stadium [Least likely]

It will be held in more than one city. World cup games are spread over a few cities in the host nation’s country. It is not like the Olympics that is hosted in only one city. Tim gave you a list of the cities.

The final will definitely be held in Johannesburg-Soccer City. The nearest airport will the OR Tambo International.
But like others have said above, there are ten venues at which the tournament wil be played.
