Naturaly I’d like us to win it - but only if we play capture the hearts and imagination of the globe, and they can say ‘yeah you also played the most exciting football’.

Brazil or Spain seem to be the favourites among spectators, but in the WC, one bad game and you could be out. Germany and the Netherlands are also strong too. Argentina has a shot because they have the best player in the world in Lionel Messi, but players don’t win the cup, teams do.

It could be one of many but if we have a full squad with no injuries we have a good chance of going far in the competition but i do agree i can’t see anyone winning it except spain or brazil unless they have a complete disaster of a competition.
